reGenesis is an AgTech platform built around a single conviction: smallholder farmers should be able to compete in global supply chains without losing their leverage to the intermediaries between them and the buyer. The platform provides end-to-end traceability for agricultural commodities, from farm gate to export.
Global supply chain buyers — particularly in food, cocoa, and dairy — increasingly require traceability data that smallholder farmers in South Asia and West Africa have no practical way to provide. The tools that existed were built for commercial farms, not smallholder clusters with limited connectivity and no digital records.
Esipick.org built the complete mobile and web experience for reGenesis — a traceability platform designed for the realities of smallholder farming: low connectivity, low literacy, and high distrust of third-party data collection. The product puts verifiable data in the farmer's hands, not just the buyer's.
Within six months of launch, reGenesis secured its first major contract: supply chain mapping for 40,000 cocoa farmers in Cameroon. The platform is currently engaged on a project with Nestlé to bring verified, toxin-free milk to consumers from smallholder dairy farmers.
