These terms govern your use of esipick.org. By using this site — browsing it, submitting a form, applying to the System Thinkers club — you're agreeing to them. If you don't agree, the only real recourse is not to use the site, which we'd rather you didn't need to do.

Using this site

Esipick.org is here for you to learn about our work, get in touch, and — if it's a fit — start a project or join our community. You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping it at scale, no attempting to access parts of it that aren't meant for you (like the admin tools), and no using our forms to send anything abusive, fraudulent, or unrelated to why they exist.

Content and intellectual property

The design, writing, and code on esipick.org belong to us, unless stated otherwise. The case studies on this site describe real work we've done for real clients, and any client names, logos, or trademarks shown are used to accurately represent that work, generally with the client's knowledge. If you believe something on this site about you or your organization is inaccurate or shouldn't be here, tell us through the contact pageand we'll address it.

What you submit to us

When you submit a form — a proposal, a club application, a nomination — you're giving us permission to read it, store it, and use it for the purpose you submitted it for (evaluating a project, an application, or an introduction), as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for what you submit being accurate and being yours to share.

No warranty

This site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate, available, and secure, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Case study outcomes describe real results for those specific clients under their specific circumstances — they aren't a guarantee of what any future engagement will produce.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Esipick isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

This site links out to things we don't control — Calendly, client websites, our social profiles, and sibling sites like esipick.com and esipick.ai. We're not responsible for what happens on those sites once you've left ours.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site and how we work evolve. If we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
