Privacy Policy

Esipick.org (“we,” “us”) is a studio providing strategy, design, and technology services to nonprofits, artists, and social founders. This policy explains what information we collect through esipick.org, why, and what you can do about it. It applies to esipick.org specifically — our sibling sites, esipick.com and esipick.ai, are separate properties with their own practices.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, through one of the following forms:

• Contact form — your name, email address, organization, area of focus, and your message.
• Discovery call / proposal form — your name, email address, organization type, sector, website, and details about the problem you're trying to solve.
• System Thinkers club application — your name, email, location, a description of your work, the causes you care about, how you'd like to be involved, and optionally a portfolio link, photo, or CV file you upload.
• Nominations and introductions (the “radar” features) — your email, LinkedIn profile URL, a project description, and — if you're nominating someone else — their name and LinkedIn profile.
• Partner/API submissions — organizations submitting through our public API provide contact details and a description of their work.

We do not currently use analytics or tracking cookies on esipick.org. If that changes, we'll update this policy to reflect it before it happens.

How we use it

• To respond to your message, proposal, or application.
• To evaluate fit for a discovery call, a System Thinkers membership, or an introduction.
• To send you an acknowledgment email confirming we've received what you submitted.
• To keep an internal record of inquiries and applications, so we don't lose track of a conversation.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone, under any circumstances.

Where it's stored

Submissions are stored in a database on servers we operate directly, reached over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. We don't use a third-party CRM or marketing platform to hold this data.

Third-party services

A few outside services are part of how esipick.org works:

• Calendly — if you book a discovery call, you'll do so through Calendly, which has its own privacy policy governing that booking.
• Email delivery — confirmation and notification emails are sent through our own mail infrastructure, not a third-party marketing platform.
• Social media — links to our Instagram, LinkedIn, and X profiles are just links; visiting them is governed by those platforms' own policies.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Reach out through the contact pageand we'll take care of it directly — no automated process, a real person reads every request.

Children's privacy

Esipick.org isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If how we handle your information changes in a meaningful way — most likely, if we add analytics — we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
