About

RediHealth is a telehealth platform built during the COVID-19 pandemic to connect patients with doctors remotely — symptom sharing, medical advice, and digital prescription access — at a moment when physical clinic visits were impossible or dangerous for most people.

The challenge

In March 2020, Pakistan's health system was overwhelmed. Patients couldn't reach clinics. Doctors couldn't safely see patients in person. The health information environment was full of misinformation. A working teleconsultation platform needed to exist in weeks, not months — and it needed to work on the most basic smartphones with the most basic data connections.

What we built

Esipick.org built RediHealth from concept to working product in weeks — a React Native mobile app and React web platform connecting licensed doctors with patients, handling symptom intake, video and text consultations, and digital prescriptions. Speed and accessibility were non-negotiable constraints.

Outcome

RediHealth proved that mission-critical digital health infrastructure could be built and deployed in compressed timelines without sacrificing clinical integrity — a model for emergency response health tech that prioritizes access over perfection.
